Both dramas:
> Have a ML looking for revenge and a FL looking for justice/truth.
> Have a psychopathic antagonist who is wealthy and, thus, difficult to bring down.
> The antagonist develops an interest towards the FL (more evident in Voice than Doctor Prisoner).
> Have a strong female lead.
> The ML (Doctor Prisoner) and FL (Voice) assemble a team to bring down a man who hurt them.
> The MLs are charismatic and establish a strong friendship with the FL.
> Art Direction & acting is top-notch.

The parallels shared by the two dramas:
- Police procedurals based on control centres for receiving and acting on distress calls from the general public
- The teams operate by dispatching a field unit to the scene of the crime while being supported by the control centre
- The commanding officer of each team is a woman
- In each show, the filed operatives are led by a deeply troubled ML who has a tragic past
- The race against time faced by each team as they try to prevent crime and save the victims

Both Voice and Partners for Justice are known for their suspenseful and fast-paced storytelling. They keep viewers on the edge of their seats with intense investigations, unexpected twists, and high-stakes situations.
The dramas often explore dark and disturbing themes, such as serial killers, organized crime, and the psychological impact of violence.
Both shows feature complex and compelling characters who bring depth and nuance to the narrative. The protagonists in these dramas are often highly skilled professionals who face personal challenges and moral dilemmas.
The relationships between the characters contribute to the overall tension and drama of the stories.

Both are thriller/crime drama in a criminal/detective setting (not in all the episodes in the first responders). both solve new cases every episode, while also still having a main plot. there are few differences like in Voice it heavily focuses on crimes like murder and abduction while in the first responders it does have cases like murder and abduction but also suicide, and also in Voice the FL uses her supernatural hearing ability to save the victims, whilst in the first responders they use their own critical thinking and don't have supernatural abilities. overall both kdramas are similar in a lot of ways, and if you enjoyed one of them you'll definitely enjoy the other.
If you want something that's just as thrilling, something that will have you on edge, do give this a watch. The actors and actresses did an outstanding job from beginning to end. The episodes are a little longer than usual, but amount of episodes is short. As a fan of crime and thriller dramas, I highly recommend this. (I also can't wait for Bad Guys 2, which supposedly is to be airing soon this year. Better watch this one before the new one comes out, ey?)
Though Voice doesn't have much (or any at all) romantic based plot, Born Again gave me similar vibes that Voice gave me, mainly due to the detective running after the serial killer/main murderer plot. In terms of "special" abilities, Voice has the main character being able to hear tiny sounds whereas Born Again has the three main characters reincarnated (without their memories at first).
