Intriguing

When watching a new show, I decide if I want to watch it based on the posters, leads and try to read the shortest synopsis that I can find on the show just to keep my opinion on the show unbiased.
What attracted me to the show was Jang Na Ra, I was curious about how the little snail would play a brave police officer (although I had seen her in My Love Pazzi and she was anything but shy in that series but the character she played in Fated was so stuck in my mind that I had to shake it off by watching her in a strong female lead and not the silent strong but the in your face strong if that makes sense).
I was pleasantly surprised with the first episode of the show though. Yes, the show started with her but quickly focused on the male lead and his back story. I also liked how we are right in the thick of things from the get go. No time to introduce characters, we can learn about them as the series progresses, what is more important here is the plot so on with it!
PS I love the 'We need to talk about Kevin' vibe that the show is giving off.

A+!

Forgive me for I can't promise this won't be biased... As a huge fan of Psychology and psychological thrillers I was tempted to watch this from the start. Not gonna lie, at first I was drawn by SEO In Guk's lead but the synopsis is what had me hooked though I managed to wait until it was cone airing.
After finishing "You who came from the stars" I felt like watching something heavier, darker, less comic, I don't even know... Different! So I watched the pilots of a few dramas that had me wondering how they got so far with such shitty starts and I left "I remember you" at the bottom of that list with a growing feeling that I'd certainly love it... And I'm glad to say I was not mistaken. The cast I did not know about caught my interest, the light comedy mixed with smart inputs are very entertaining, the order in which events are introduced is very appealing and though I thought I had it all figured out before I could start, now I'm stepping back and taking the front seats to watch this show as top priority.

P.S.: Is it me or the co-star is Luhan with a wig?
P.P.S.: I'm freaking out because I always said how DO looks like a Psycho and I kinda feel like he begged for this role... Or the other way around. That works too...
P.P.P.S.: I swear the comments above are unrelated to me loving EXO. -_-"

Ooooooo, how compelling.

How utterly compelling! Not only is the "present day" of this dramas well established. Enough of the characters is developed that I was actually curious when it was time for the obligatory flashbacks to the past! The narration is teasing viewers as current day Lee Hyun is flashing back to his childhood as a string of murders brings him back to his old family home.

With it's vibe of Sherlock and monsters it feels like a mix of heady proportions. Come on that music is totally vibing off of Sherlock reboot with Robert Downey Jr. That aside it's clear that I Remember You might feel like a lot of things, it's clear to me that if the writers keep doing what they're doing IRY will stand on it's own swimmingly.

The show is a mystery in itself. I mean it's a mystery. What are the importance of these killings? Is it serial killer stuff? What happened to his father? All this talk of monsters? What is going on? There's a lot being built here and so much potential for where this show is going.

This setup sucked me in from the get go and now there's no turning back. I'm curious how much of the synopsis is correct. Because it seems to me like there's a huge massive murder that is going to be overshadowing the whole show. With such compelling characters and one heck of a setup I Remember You has tons of potential! It's clearly going to be a darker drama, but I still found myself chuckling at quite a few parts.

Well, I'm in.
