Jin Sung arrests Young Oh because of a tip she was given by Gun Myung. Gun Myung takes Young Oh’s place as lead surgeon and operates on Dr Shim. As soon as Young Oh is released, he goes straight to check on Dr Shim. However, he finds her in a coma and when he takes over as her primary doctor, she passes away.
