Unique But Dissatisying.
While I thought the acting was pretty good, the story itself was annoying. ML spends twenty minutes looking for his past love even though there was someone he KNEW had a connection to her in his personal secretary. The supernatural events seem shoehorned in when they should be a focal point of the show. And then the ending is not only rushed, but sad in a way it didn't have to be, plus there's an unresolved subplot. Altogether, I felt like I wasted my time watching this drama, but I found a new actress to look for, so that was nice. Had this story been better written, I think that I would have really enjoyed this drama.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
Tedious
If you're just looking for something to pass the time, this drama is fine. Ultimately, it's a divorced, time-travelled couple where the man won't let go of his ex, while the ex is just moving on. The story is more focused on the bickering between the couple and slapping the ex husband's face than building characters beyond their roles/tropes. Toxic and Cute
To be frank, this story is not what I expected to watch. It's the story of a woman stuck between her abuser, perceived obligations, and her own happiness. Li Zhen and Lu Yanming are an adorable couple and I really, really enjoyed every scene they had together. I really love Chen Su's expression and charisma, and Wang Yun Yun was convincing in both Li Zhen's genuine care and frustration with her ex and her growing affection for her new husband. Most of the story isn't terribly contrived. It's obvious that Li Zhen and Yucheng's relationship was never good and he exhibits the reasons why for three hours. For me, his pestering never became overwhelming because he didn't take the same approach over and over again. He was manipulative and spiteful and you could almost sympathize with him if he wasn't a complete POS. There's no annoying second female lead to overcomplicate the plot, which helps the ploy stay focused on our leads and grow our understanding of the characters.And there is very little to no music, none of those weird instrumental removed or hollowed out songs in the background, so music gets a 10 for me.

Enjoyable Story
A very fun watch. The plot did not drag and the love story felt sincere. Even the misunderstandings were cleared up quickly, without anyone overreacting or lashing put. The leading couple had beautiful chemistry, even when the FL was incapacitated. It's genuinely a pity this wasn't a full-budget 20hr drama series.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
Quite Concise
I was very surprised with how direct and to the point this drama was. Li Suye wakes up from the edge of death, disillusioned with her family and ready to take her revenge. There are no drawn-out scenes of bickering about this and that. The ex doesn't beg for forgiveness the entire run time. The sister's white lotus act doesn't have time to get annoying. And Suye's get back is clever, well-executed, and clean. I don't know that I would watch this drama a second time, but I felt satisfied with the conclusion.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
Great Start, But Drags
This is pretty much the same as most of those other stories, where a woman discovers that she is not the biological daughter of the family and gets abandoned for the "real" daughter, with all the tropes that entails. I personally liked the first half -- the romance -- better than the second half. The second half seemed to drag on and I struggle to justify it existing. The last half could easily have been 30-45 minutes instead of a full 90. The antagonists are as stubborn and annoying as ever, but Zhizhi and her family are very cute. Overall the writing isn't too ridiculous and the acting exaggerated enough to be amusing rather than annoying.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
Lacking But Enjoyable
I thought the main couple was very cute. It's clear from the beginning that ML wants to support and love FL, but FL is convinced this is a temporary, contract relationship. The miscommunication is the single most annoying aspect of this drama. Beyond that, FL is headstrong and independent. Even when she gets bullied she refuses to bow her head. I wish there had been more scenes building the main couple, but I overall enjoyed watching this drama.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
